A director since August 2016. Mr Stobart is an experienced senior executive in the consumer and industrial sections. He has extensive experience in management positions in large and complex organisations.

JACQUELINE MOTH

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms Moth is an internationally experienced executive and company director, who has completed more than 30 years of leadership across manufacturing, marketing, sales, communications, sustainability, innovation, and new product development roles. She has held multiple senior roles with O-I, a global Fortune 500 glass packaging manufacturer, including Vice President Marketing and Sales (APAC), and also served as General Director/Manager of two glass packaging manufacturing facilities in South-East Asia. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

WARRICK RANSON

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Ranson is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford. Along with these qualifications, Mr Ranson has enjoyed an extensive career in the mining industry and has broad commercial and financial experience across board, C-suite and advisory roles in listed entities, large businesses and community focused organisations.

THERESE RYAN

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms Ryan has extensive experience as a senior business executive and commercial lawyer, working in widely diversified businesses in Australia and internationally. She brings strong commercial sense, risk management and strategic thinking, complemented by 45 years of legal experience in the automotive and other industries.
